Working directly with the owner, I created all business plans and the analytics of every acquisition, construction, operation, disposition, merger, carve-out, equity raise, debt financing, tax strategy, and organizational and financial restructuring, coordinating internally and externally with architects, construction leads, attorneys, accountants, asset owners, brokers, lenders, hospitality executives, partners, and investors.
